The NSC Fund LLC d/b/a National Storage Capital Fund Invests primarily in Self-Storage Facilities, Development Opportunities, and Value Add Deals.
The NSC Fund is an equity and debt fund in pursuit of self-storage development, value-add and existing properties. The Fund may, from time to time, seek alternative asset classes such as: Outdoor parking, Covered parking, or Ancillary real estate (i.e. an adjacent apartment, retail, or other use). The Fund will also remain open to other opportunistic investments on a limited basis.
